Oversized Neoprene Hoodie Black

This neoprene material oversized hoodie features a half zip.  True to size chart below is oversized.  Size down one for roomy/less oversized with less length.  Ashley is a 16/17 and prefers the XL for length.

Photo of Ashley in black is in the XL and purple selfie is the large. Sizing down loses length but still is roomy. If you have a shorter torso then the length may be good on both.
